El Paso’s Triple A baseball team will finally have an identity tomorrow.
Officials at Mountain Star Sports confirmed today that the team name and logo will be revealed tomorrow during a special invite-only media event at the Plaza Theater.
Back in May fans were asked to submit name ideas. A month later officials announced five finalists: Aardvarks, Buckaroos, Chihuahuas, Desert Gators, and Sun Dogs. The winner was decided by an week long online voting contest.
